Background

Research and experience

I am a researcher focussed mostly on precision medicine.

My aim is to advance healthcare by generating new knowledge through discovery research in genetics and by developing methods, tools and resources that support further scientific research. I also work to translate these approaches into clinical practice. I have developed several computational tools to support researchers in making new discoveries, as well as to improve patient diagnosis and treatment. The main outputs of my work are presented throughout this website. I have been supporting colleagues and contribute my expertise to their work, whether by helping them use the tools I have developed, assisting with the interpretation of results or providing guidance on future research.
